“อลงกรณ์”หวัง“ครม.ใหม่”เร่งแก้ปัญหา”โลกร้อน

รองประธานคณะกรรมการยุทธศาสตร์พรรคประชาธิปัตย์ใกล่าววันนี้(28 เม.ย.)ว่า
ภายใต้วิสัยทัศน์ของดร.เฉลิมชัย ศรีอ่อน หัวหน้าพรรคประชาธิปัตย์มองว่าสิ่งแวดล้อมมีความสำคัญไม่น้อยกว่าด้านเศรษฐกิจจึงมอบนโยบายในระหว่างการประชุมใหญ่พรรคประชาธิปัตย์เมื่อวานนี้ให้“คณะกรรมการยุทธศาสตร์พรรคประชาธิปัตย์ทำหน้าที่กำหนดทิศทาง
และยุทธศาสตร์ของพรรค ให้มีเป้าหมายที่ชัดเจนในด้านต่างๆ เช่น เศรษฐกิจ สังคม
และสิ่งแวดล้อม …” เนื่องจากเศรษฐกิจไทยเผชิญปัญหาเชิงโครงสร้างและระบบเหมือนเครื่องยนต์ตัวเก่าทำให้ศักยภาพของระบบเศรษฐกิจอ่อนแอและถดถอยลงต่อเนื่องมากว่า20ปี ดังจะเห็นได้ว่าในช่วงปี 2543ถึง 2553
เศรษฐกิจเติบโตเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 3.5 และลดลงเหลือเพียงร้อยละ 2.7 ระหว่างปี 2554ถึง
2564 และปีนี้ก็คาดว่าจะเติบโตไม่ถึง3%
รองประธานคณะกรรมการยุทธศาสตร์พรรคประชาธิปัตย์กล่าวย้ำว่า
คณะกรรมการยุทธศาสตร์พรรคประชาธิปัตย์กำลังเร่งจัดทำยุทธศาสตร์และนโยบายปฏิรูปเศรษฐกิจและสิ่งแวดล้อมเพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพและขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันของประเทศรวมทั้งตอบโจทย์ที่เป็นปัญหาและความท้าทายใหม่ๆซึ่งรอช้าไม่ได้ต้องเร่งสร้างระบบเศรษฐกิจใหม่ๆที่เป็นมิตรกับสิ่งแวดล้อมเช่นระบบเศรษฐกิจดิจิตอล
(Digital
Economy) เศรษฐกิจสีเขียว
(Green Economy) เศรษฐกิจสูงวัย(Silver Economy)
เศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์
(Creative
Economy) และเศรษฐกิจคาร์บอน(Carbon Economy)
รวมทั้งยุทธศาสตร์AIปัญญาประดิษฐ์ เป็นต้น

ระบบเศรษฐกิจใหม่คือเครื่องยนต์แห่งการเติบโต(New Growth Engines)ที่จะยกระดับเพดานรายได้ใหม่ของประเทศและคนไทยให้สูงขึ้นเนื่องจากระบบเศรษฐกิจดั้งเดิมไม่มีพลังขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจของประเทศได้อีกต่อไปในภาวะที่ทั่วโลกกำลังเข้าสู่ยุคโลกเดือดและโลกรวน

ต้นทุนอาหารของประชาชน ห่วงโซ่การผลิตอาหารและความมั่นคงทางอาหาร (Food Security) ตลอดจนปัญหาฝุ่นควัน PM 2.5
ทวีความรุนแรงมากขึ้นส่งผลกระทบต่อสุขภาพของประชาชนและการท่องเที่ยว เศรษฐกิจและสิ่งแวดล้อมเหมือน
