วันนี้ (2 เม.ย.2567) นายพิพัฒน์ รัชกิจประการ รมว.แรงงาน เปิดเผยว่า ที่ประชุมคณะรัฐมนตรี (ครม.) รับทราบมติของที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการค่าจ้าง ชุดที่ 22 เห็นชอบการกำหนดอัตราค่าจ้างขั้นต่ำ หรือ ค่าแรงขั้นต่ำ ในภาคอุตสาหกรรมการท่องเที่ยว ประเภทกิจการโรงแรม นำร่องในพื้นที่ 10 จังหวัดท่องเที่ยว ในอัตราวันละ 400 บาท ตามที่กระทรวงแรงงาน เสนอโดยจะประกาศให้มีผลบังคับใช้ได้วันที่ 13 เม.ย.2567 นี้
สำหรับมติคณะกรรมการค่าจ้างชุดที่ 22
ในการประชุมครั้งที่ 3/2567 เห็นชอบการกำหนดอัตราค่าจ้างขั้นต่ำประเภทกิจการโรงแรม
เพื่อใช้สำหรับนายจ้างและลูกจ้างที่ทำงานในสถานประกอบการประเภทกิจการโรงแรมระดับ 4
ดาวขึ้นไป และมีลูกจ้างตั้งแต่ 50 คนขึ้นไป
โดยให้ปรับอัตราค่าจ้างขั้นต่ำเป็นเงินวันละ 400 บาท
และให้มีผลบังคับใช้ตั้งแต่วันที่ 13 เม.ย.นี้ นำร่องในเขตพื้นที่จังหวัด 10
จังหวัด ได้แก่

กรุงเทพมหานคร เฉพาะเขตปทุมวัน และเขตวัฒนา
(2)
จ.กระบี่ เฉพาะเขตองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลอ่าวนาง
(3)
จ.ชลบุรี เฉพาะเขตเมืองพัทยา
(4)
จ.เชียงใหม่ เฉพาะเขตเทศบาลนครเชียงใหม่
(5)
จ.ประจวบคีรีขันธ์ เฉพาะเขตเทศบาลหัวหิน
(6)
จ.พังงา เฉพาะเขตเทศบาลตำบลคึกคัก
(7)
จ.ภูเก็ต (ทั้งจังหวัด)
(8)
จ.ระยอง เฉพาะเขตตำบลบ้านเพ
(9)
จ.สงขลา เฉพาะเขตเทศบาลนครหาดใหญ่

จ.สุราษฎร์ธานี เฉพาะเขตอำเภอเกาะสมุย
เนื่องจากอุตสาหกรรมการท่องเที่ยวเป็นอุตสาหกรรมที่มีความสำคัญต่อเศรษฐกิจโดยรวมของประเทศ
ขณะที่ธุรกิจการให้บริการที่พักแรมมีการขยายตัวสูงอย่างต่อเนื่อง และ 10
พื้นที่จังหวัดดังกล่าว เป็นพื้นที่จังหวัดที่มีรายได้จากการท่องเที่ยวสูง คณะกรรมการค่าจ้างฯ
จึงได้กำหนดอัตราค่าจ้างขั้นต่ำประเภทกิจการโรงแรมครั้งนี้
เพื่อขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจในอุตสาหกรรมการท่องเที่ยว ซึ่งเป็นอุตสาหกรรมที่มีความสำคัญต่อเศรษฐกิจโดยรวมของประเทศ
ทั้งนี้ คณะกรรมการค่าจ้างฯ
ได้กำหนดอัตราค่าจ้างขั้นต่ำประเภทกิจการโรงแรม โดยพิจารณาบนพื้นฐานของความเสมอภาค
และรับฟังความคิดเห็นของทุกฝ่าย เพื่อให้นายจ้าง/ลูกจ้าง
สามารถประกอบธุรกิจและดำรงชีวิตอยู่ได้อย่างเป็นสุข
ซึ่งคณะกรรมการค่าจ้างจะได้มีการติดตามผลกระทบที่เกิดจากการปรับอัตราค่าจ้างขั้นต่ำประเภทกิจการโรงแรม
เพื่อนำไปสู่การพิจารณากำหนดอัตราค่าจ้างขั้นต่ำของคณะกรรมการค่าจ้างด้วยความรอบคอบต่อไป

The
tourism industry is an important industry for the overall economy. Meanwhile,
the hotel business has continued to expand, with 10 provincial
areas having high tourism income. The Minimum Wage Commission has set the
minimum wage for hotel operations. In order to drive the economy in the tourism
industry, which is an important industry for the overall economy of the
country.
The Minimum Wage Committee
determined the minimum wage for hotel operations based on equality and listened
to opinions of all parties so that employers/employees could run their
businesses and live happily. The minimum wage for hotel operations was
monitored by the committee. This would lead to the deliberation of the Minimum

Mr.
Pairoj Jotikasthira, Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Labour, presided over
the new Minimum Wage Committee meeting, said the reason for the new minimum
wage hike is to drive the tourism industry, which is important to the overall
economy of Thailand. Meanwhile, the hotel business has continued to expand and 10 areas or
provinces have high tourism income. The wage committee is based on equality and
listen to opinions from all parties so that employers and employees can operate
and live happily. The Wage Committee will monitor the impact of the adjustment
of the minimum wage rate of hotel business, which will lead to a careful
consideration of the minimum wage of the Minimum Wage Committee.
