Alameda Research

Sam Bankman Fried," co-founder of FTX, a cryptocurrency exchange platform, was sentenced to 25 years in prison by a U.S. court for embezzling company clients and investors.
"Sam Bankman-Fried" was
sentenced to 25 years in prison, three more years in
prison, and paid US$11 billion or more than Bt400 billion in compensation for the victim. The judge found that
Bankman-Fried embezzled money from clients who exchanged currency on the FTX
worth US$8 billion, or about 291.While
FTX investors lost US$1.7 billion or approximately US$62 billion and hedge fund lender Alameda Research lost US$1.3 billion or approximately US$47.3
billion. The judge rejected Bankman-Fry's claim that the FTX customer did not
lose real money and found him lying during the trial.
The
day before the conviction, the former crypto star said, "My useful life
should have ended. It has been so for a while since before I was arrested,
Bankman-Fryd has shown no remorse. He admitted that his FTX client suffered,
but apologized to his colleagues and refused to admit that he had committed a
crime. He also announced that he would appeal the ruling. Bankman-Fried's
parents said they were sorry and would continue fighting for their son for 25 years in prison. "Sam Bankman-Fried," former crypto
king, for fraud.
A retrospective of the former CEO Yan's bankruptcy
case, "I did not cheat," came after the US authorities reportedly
filed a criminal lawsuit against Bankman-Fried. The US and Bahamas investigated
that Bankman-Fried was involved in the bankruptcy of the FTX, which was filed
with the US Court under section 11 for bankruptcy
protection on May 11.Y.2565 was
shortly after Binance, the world's largest cryptocurrency trading company,
announced the cancellation of the deal to acquire FTX during that period.
However,
FTX was established in 2019 (P.In 2019,
Mr. Sam Bankman-Fried, also known in the cryptocurrency industry as SBF,
together with fellow MIT student Gary Wang. The company's main clients were
large investors who traded in large numbers. Later, the problem arose. The
beginning of the FTX bankruptcy was caused by two main factors: decreased
awareness of the world's digital currency, reflected in bitcoin prices. (BTC),
which had shrunk by more than half during that time, and the fact that the FTX
adopted its own digital coin under the FTT name to support its own subsidiary
Alameda Research, a company that makes money to consume crypto trading margins
has become uncertain.
The
FTX filed for bankruptcy and filed for business rehabilitation on May 11.Y.2565 was not the end of the tragedy.
Meanwhile, Bankman-Fried, or SBF, announced his resignation, followed by bad
news (May 12).Y.65 that FTX was
hacked by the attacker to embed harmless malware and Trojans. But it will
secretly allow other viruses to attack the system. After that, many FTX users
found that their accounts had become 0 both on the web and
in the application causing the FTX website to report temporary deposit and
withdrawal the following day. The bankruptcy of the affected FTX include:
Retail investors trading through the FTX platform and affecting investors of
