"มาดามแป้ง" ชนะเลือกตั้ง 68 เสียง นั่งนายกบอลไทยคนที่ 18 ผู้หญิงคนแรกของเอเชีย

 

              มาดามแป้ง" นวลพรรณ ล่ำซำ เป็นนายกสมาคมกีฬาฟุตบอลแห่งประเทศไทยฯ คนที่ 18 เป็นผู้หญิง คนแรกในประวัติศาสตร์ ของชาติสมาชิกในทวีปเอเชีย นับตั้งแต่ก่อตั้งสมาคมฯ มา 108 ปี หลังชนะการเลือกตั้ง ด้วยคะแนนโหวตสูงถึง 68 จาก 73 เสียง หรือคิดเป็น 93% สูงที่สุดเป็นประวัติการณ์ ตั้งแต่การลงคะแนนครั้งแรก จากผู้สมัครลงชิงตำแหน่ง รวม 5 คน ณ ที่ทำการสมาคมกีฬาฟุตบอลฯ วันที่ 8 กุมภาพันธ์ 2567 พร้อมกันนี้ ยังเป็น นายกสมาคมกีฬาฟุตบอลฯ ผู้หญิง คนที่ 7 ของโลก ในปัจจุบัน ร่วมกับ เด็บบี้ ฮีวิตต์ (อังกฤษ), ซินดี้ บาร์โลว์ โคน (สหรัฐฯ), ลีซ คลีฟเนสส์ (นอร์เวย์), โซเนีย บิอัน ไอม์ (หมู่เกาะเติก และ ไคคอส),  ปาสคาล ฟาน ดาม (เบลเยียม) และ อันย่า เจมส์ (บาฮามาส)

                สำหรับ "มาดามแป้ง" นวลพรรณ ล่ำซำ จะดำรงตำแหน่ง 4 ปี ตั้งแต่ พ.ศ. 2567-2571 โดยกระบวนการหลังจากนี้ ต้องรอทาง สหพันธ์ฟุตบอลนานาชาติ หรือ ฟีฟ่า ตรวจสอบ ก่อนส่งเรื่องให้ การกีฬาแห่งประเทศไทย รับรองผลการเลือกตั้งอย่างเป็นทางการต่อไป

- มาดามแป้ง มีชื่อจริงว่า นวลพรรณ ล่ำซำ

- เกิดวันที่ 21 มีนาคม พ.ศ. 2509

- จบการศึกษาระดับมัธยมจาก โรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ ปทุมวัน

- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีจาก คณะพาณิชยศาสตร์และการบัญชี สาขาการตลาด จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย

- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาโทจาก มหาวิทยาลัยบอสตัน สาขาการจัดการ ประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา

                มาดามแป้ง เป็นลูกสาวของโพธิพงษ์ ล่ำซำ กรรมการสภาที่ปรึกษาพรรคประชาธิปัตย์ กับยุพา ล่ำซำ เจ้าของเมืองไทยประกันภัย เป็นทายาทตระกูลล่ำซำรุ่นที่ 5 และมีศักดิ์เป็นลูกพี่ลูกน้องของบัณฑูร ล่ำซำ ผู้บริหารธนาคารกสิกรไทย

                ในวงการกีฬา มาดามแป้ง เป็นผู้หญิงคนแรกที่ได้รับการแต่งตั้งให้เป็นผู้จัดการทีมนักกีฬาคนพิการทีมชาติไทยในการแข่งขันกีฬาเฟสปิก ครั้งที่ 9 ซึ่งเป็นครั้งสุดท้ายก่อนเปลี่ยนชื่อเป็นเอเชียนพาราเกมส์ ต่อมาในปี พ.ศ. 2558 มาดามแป้งเป็นผู้จัดการทีมฟุตบอลหญิงทีมชาติไทย แต่ได้ประกาศลาออกจากการเป็นผู้จัดการทีมเมื่อวันที่ 23 กันยายน พ.ศ. 2558 เนื่องจากทีมฟุตบอลหญิงทีมชาติไทยขาดการดูแลจากสมาคมฟุตบอลแห่งประเทศไทย ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ แต่ต่อมาเมื่อวันที่ 4 ตุลาคม ได้ตัดสินใจที่จะกลับมาทำหน้าที่ผู้จัดการทีมฟุตบอลหญิงทีมชาติไทยอีกครั้ง ต่อมา มาดามแป้ง ได้รับการแต่งตั้งเป็นประธานสโมสรฟุตบอลการท่าเรือ ในไทยลีก และเป็นผู้จัดการทีมฟุตบอลชายทีมชาติไทย ตั้งแต่ 23 สิงหาคม พ.ศ. 2564 มาจนถึงเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ พ.ศ. 2567 โดยได้ลาออกเพื่อรับสมัครเลือกตั้งนายกสมาคมกีฬาฟุตบอลฯ

                ในการเลือกตั้งนายกสมาคมกีฬาฟุตบอลแห่งประเทศไทย ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ ได้มีผลสรุปว่า มาดามแป้ง เป็นนายกสมาคมกีฬาฟุตบอลแห่งประเทศไทยคนใหม่ และยังถือว่าเป็นนายกสมาคมกีฬาฟุตบอลแห่งประเทศไทย คนที่ 18 ที่เป็นผู้หญิงคนแรก อีกด้วย

                มาดามแป้งได้รับการยกย่องว่าเป็นผู้นำที่ประสบความสำเร็จทั้งในธุรกิจและกีฬา เธอเป็นแรงบันดาลใจให้กับผู้หญิงไทยจำนวนมากและเป็นตัวอย่างของผู้หญิงที่สามารถประสบความสำเร็จได้ในอาชีพที่ผู้ชายเป็นผู้นำ

                 "Madam Phuang" Nuanphan Lamsam is the 18th president of the Football Association of Thailand, the first woman in the history of member countries in Asia since its foundation for 108 years after winning the election with 68 out of 73 votes, or 93%, a record high. Since the first vote from five candidates at the Football Association's office on February 8, 2017, she is also the current president of the World Women's Football Association, along with Debbie Hewitt (England), Cindy Barlowkone (U.S.), Leise Clevnes (Norway), Sonia Bianneym (Tek and Caicos Islands).  Pascal Van Dam (Belgium) and Anya James (Bahamas)

                 For "Madam Phuen " Nuan Phan Lamsam, he will be in office for 4 years from P.E.2017-2018 By the process after this, must wait for the International Football Federation or FIFA to check before submitting the matter to the Sports Authority of Thailand. - Madame Phueng has a real name as Nuan Phan Lamsam.

                Madame Powder. She is the daughter of Potipong Lamsam, a member of the Democratic Advisory Council with Yupa Lamsam, the owner of Thai Insurance City. She is a fifth generation descendant of the Lamsam family and is a cousin of Bantoon Lamsam who runs KASIKORNBANK.

                 In sports, Madame Phueng was the first woman to be appointed manager of the Thai national team of disabled athletes at the 9th FESPIC Games. This was the last time before changing its name to the Asian Para Games. Later in B.E.In 2015, Madame Phum was the manager of the Thai women's national football team, but announced her resignation as a team manager on September 23, 2015.In 2015, due to the lack of supervision of the Thai women's national football team under the Royal Patronage, but later on October 4, decided to return to the role of Thai women's national football team manager. Later Madame Phum was appointed president of the Thai League and is a manager of the Thai men's national football team since August 23, 2559 B.E..2564 B.E. until February B.E.In 2017, he resigned to run for the president of the Football Association.

                 In the election of the president of the Football Association of Thailand under the Royal Patronage, Madame Phueng was the new president of the Football Association of Thailand and is also considered the 18th president of the Football Association of Thailand who is the first woman as well.
