ให้การต้อนรับ มีหน่วยงาน ศูนย์ป้องกันและบรรเทา สาธารภัย เขต11 สุราษฎร์ธานี,สำนักงานป้องกันและบรรเทา สาธารภัย
จ.สุราษฎร์ธานี ,ชมรมนักวิทยุสมัครเล่น จ.สุราษฏร์ธานี
เข้าร่วมประชุมหารือ
การบูรณาการร่วมงานด้านบรรเทาสาธารณภัยเพื่อช่วยเหลือประชาชนในพื้นที่
และตรวจความพร้อมกำลังพลและยุทโธปกรณ์ของหน่วยมณฑลทหารบกที่ 45
-เวลา 13.00 - 15.00น เข้าพบ นายวิสาห์ พูลศิริรัตน์ ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดชุมพร
ณ ศาลากลางจังหวัดชุมพร มี พลตรี สุเทพ หนูแก้ว ผู้บัญชา มณฑลทหารบกที่ 44 ให้การต้อนรับ มีหน่วยราชการจังหวัดชุมพร
เข้าร่วมประชุมการบูรณาการงานด้านบรรเทาสาธารณภัยเพื่อช่วยเหลือประชาชน ณ
ห้องประชุมศาลากลางจังหวัดชุมพร
ผลการตรวจทั้ง 2หน่วย ด้านกำลังพลมีความพร้อมในการปฏิบัติงาน,ด้านยุทโธปกรณ์ยังต้องขอรับการสนุนบางรายการเช่น
เรือไฟเบอร์ขนาดเล็กใช้ในพื้นที่สวนยางและหมู่บ้าน รวมทั้งปัญหาขัดข้องอื่นๆ
โดยคณะทำงานด้านกิจการพลเรือนจะสรุปผลนำเรียนผู้บังคับบัญชาชั้นสูงต่อไป
และท่านผู้บัญชาการทหารบก ได้มอบหมายหน่วยทหารทุกหน่วย บรูณาการร่วมกับ จังหวัด,อำเภอ,ศูนย์ป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัยเขตทุกจังหวัด,เทศบาล,มูลนิธิกู้ภัยทุกภาค
รีบเร่งเข้าไปช่วยประชาชนโดยเร็วเพื่อลดความเสียหายทั้งสิ่งของและชีวิตของประชาชน
และให้ทุกหน่วยงานที่เข้าไปช่วยเหลือผู้ประสบภัยระมัดระวังเรื่องอุบัติเหตุจากการเข้าไปช่วยเหลือประชาชนด้วย
December 21C.66 The Army by Lieutenant General Anon Petchkham, Head of the Civil Affairs Working Group, visited the Disaster Relief Unit in the 4th Army Area as follows:
- From 08.30 to 10.00 hrs., visit the 45th
Army Provincial Division.City of J.Surat Thani was welcomed by Colonel
Thitipong Inwasa, Deputy Commander of the 45th Provincial Regiment. There is an
agency at the Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Center, District 11, Surat
Thani, Office of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation.Surat Thani, Amateur Radio
Club, ProvinceSurat Thani attended the meeting to discuss integration of
disaster relief work to help people in the area and to check personnel and
equipment availability of the 45th Army Provincial Division.
- 1:00 p.m. - 15.Mr. Wisah Pulsirat, Governor
of Chumphon Province, was welcomed by Major General Suthep Noogaew, Commander
of the 44th Army and attended the meeting on disaster relief work to help
people at Chumphon City Hall.
The results of both units of personnel are operational
readiness,Some equipment will also be needed, such as small fiber boats used in
Suan Yang area and villages, as well as other disruptions. The Civil Affairs
Working Group will continue to brief senior commanders and the Royal Thai Army
Commander has assigned all units to integrate with provinces, districts,
disaster prevention centers, municipalities.Rescue foundations in all parts of
the country are urgently seeking assistance to reduce damage to people's
belongings and lives. All agencies involved should be careful about accidents
caused by people's rescue efforts.
