เมื่อวันที่ 24 ก.ย. 68 เวลา 14.00 น. นายอนุทิน ชาญวีรกูล นายกรัฐมนตรี พร้อมคณะรัฐมนตรีชุดใหม่ เดินทางไปยังพระที่นั่งอัมพรสถาน พระราชวังดุสิต เพื่อเข้าเฝ้าฯ ถวายสัตย์ปฏิญาณก่อนเข้ารับหน้าที่ จากนั้น นายกฯ จะเป็นประธานการประชุมคณะรัฐมนตรี (นัดพิเศษ) ครั้งแรก ที่ทำเนียบรัฐบาล ภายหลังนำคณะรัฐมนตรีชุดใหม่เข้าเฝ้าฯ ถวายสัตย์ปฏิญาณก่อนเข้ารับหน้าที่ ณ พระที่นั่งอัมพรสถาน พระราชวังดุสิต เมื่อเวลา 18.56 น.

32 นายอนุทินได้เปิดแถลงข่าวต่อสื่อมวลชน ที่ประชุม ครม.
เห็นชอบร่างนโยบายของรัฐบาลที่จะนำไปแถลงต่อรัฐสภา โดยทำหนังสือถึงประธานรัฐสภา
เพื่อขอแถลงนโยบายของรัฐบาลในช่วงวันที่ 28-30 ก.ย. ซึ่งจะใช้เวลา
เพื่อกำหนดทิศทางการบริหารประเทศไทยในระยะเวลาอันจำกัด
นโยบายของรัฐบาล "อนุทิน" จะมุ่งเน้นการแก้ไขปัญหา 4 ด้าน
1.
ปัญหาเศรษฐกิจ: ลดรายจ่ายและค่าครองชีพให้แก่ประชาชน ด้วยการผลักดันโครงการ
"คนละครึ่ง" ลดค่าเดินทาง ค่าขนส่ง ค่าพลังงาน
และสนับสนุนให้ประชาชนใช้พลังงานทดแทนได้มากขึ้น สะดวกขึ้น ง่ายขึ้น
2.
ปัญหาความมั่นคง กรณีพิพาทไทย-กัมพูชา:
ดำเนินมาตรการทางการทูตควบคู่มาตรการทางทหาร
เพื่อรักษาอธิปไตยของประเทศไทยและรักษาประโยชน์ของประชาชนไทย
3.
ปัญหาภัยพิบัติ/ภัยธรรมชาติ: เร่งรัดทำระบบเตือนภัยป้องกันภัย
และปรับปรุงมาตรการการดูแลช่วยเหลือประชาชนอย่างรวดเร็วทันต่อสถานการณ์
ซึ่งจะต้องแก้กฎระเบียบหลักเกณฑ์ต่าง ๆ
ให้เจ้าหน้าที่รัฐดำเนินการได้สะดวกคล่องตัว แก้ปัญหาให้ประชาชนเร็วที่สุด
และถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย ป้องกันการรั่วไหลหรือการทุจริตคอร์รัปชัน
4.
ปัญหาภัยสังคม: ดำเนินการปราบปรามขบวนการค้ายาเสพติด การพนัน การพนันออนไลน์

เครือข่ายฉ้อโกงประชาชนขนาดใหญ่ที่สร้างความเสียหายแก่ประชาชนเป็นจำนวนมาก
และเป็นภัยทางเศรษฐกิจอย่างจริงจัง รวมทั้ง
ดำเนินการทางวินัยและกฎหมายกับเจ้าหน้าที่รัฐที่ละเว้นการปฏิบัติหน้าที่อย่างเด็ดขาด
โดยให้ออกจากราชการไว้ก่อน แล้วตามด้วยการดำเนินคดีอาญาทุกกรณี
นอกจากนี้ยังมีแนวนโยบายอื่น
ๆ อีก 4 ด้านที่นายอนุทินระบุถึงในระหว่างการแถลงข่าว ได้แก่
ด้านเกษตร:
ปัญหาราคาสินค้าเกษตรตกต่ำ โดยเฉพาะราคาข้าว มันสำปะหลัง
และสินค้าเกษตรอีกหลายชนิด จะมีมาตรการช่วยเหลือเกษตรกร ลดต้นทุนการผลิต
โดยเฉพาะปุ๋ย พร้อมดำเนินการป้องกันปราบปรามขบวนการลักลอบนำผลผลิตการเกษตรจากประเทศเพื่อนบ้านเข้าประเทศไทยอย่างไม่ถูกกฎหมาย
ซึ่งเป็นปัญหาสำคัญที่ทำให้ราคาสินค้าเกษตรในประเทศไม่สามารถโงหัวขึ้นมาได้
ควบคู่ไปกับการพัฒนาศักยภาพการผลิตภาคเกษตรให้เป็นเกษตรอัจฉริยะ
ด้านสาธารณสุข:
จะจัดทำระบบสาธารณสุขให้ประชาชนทุกกลุ่มวัยเข้าถึงได้อย่างทั่วถึงและสะดวกที่สุด
ด้านการศึกษา:
จะมีการปฏิรูปกฎหมายเกี่ยวกับการศึกษา เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมให้กับประเทศไทยในการรับมือกับเทคโนโลยีที่ผันเปลี่ยนไปตลอดเวลา
ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม: เดินหน้าเตรียมความพร้อมให้ประเทศไทยเข้าสู่สังคมคาร์บอนต่ำ เพื่อสร้างศักยภาพการแข่งขันของประเทศไทยในเวทีโลก
นายอนุทินกล่าวว่า รัฐบาลกำหนดแนวทางการประชุม ครม. รวมถึงปรับกรอบการทำงานให้ทุกหน่วยงานเร่งรัด ลดขั้นตอนซ้ำซ้อน แต่ยังคงความถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย เพื่อให้สามารถดำเนินโครงการต่าง ๆ ได้อย่างรวดเร็วและมีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด"ครม. ทุกท่านต้องพร้อมทำงานตลอดเวลา วันหยุดไม่มี สัปดาห์ละ 7 วัน ทำได้โดยที่ไม่มีความละล้าละลังใด ๆ ซึ่งจะเป็นการทำงานในมิติใหม่ของ ครม. ของประเทศไทย ครม. ของพี่น้องประชาชน และการประชุม ครม. ก็จะดำเนินขึ้นตามความจำเป็น ไม่จำเป็นต้องประชุมสัปดาห์ละ 1 ครั้ง... อาจจะมีการประชุม ครม. มากกว่าสัปดาห์ละ 1 วันในกรณีที่มีความจำเป็นเร่งด่วน เพราะปัญหาของประเทศเรารอไม่ได้" ผู้นำรัฐบาลได้แสดงวิธีการทำงานแบบ "วันหยุดไม่มี" หลังเสร็จสิ้นการแถลงข่าว โดยเขารุดไปตรวจสอบจุดที่ถนนยุบตัวลงบริเวณหน้าโรงพยาบาลวชิรพยาบาล ถ.สามเสน ใกล้จุดก่อสร้างทางขึ้น-ลงที่ 4 สถานีวชิรพยาบาล (PP19) ของโครงการรถไฟฟ้าสายสีม่วง ช่วงเตาปูน-ราษฎร์บูรณะ โดยถือเป็นการลงพื้นที่ครั้งที่ 2 หลังจากนายอนุทินไปดูพื้นที่มาแล้วรอบหนึ่งในช่วงสาย ในการตรวจงานราว 23.00 น. มี 3 รัฐมนตรีร่วมคณะด้วย ได้แก่ นายไชยชนก ชิดชอบ รมว.ดิจิทัลเพื่อเศรษฐกิจและสังคม นายภราดร ปริศนานันทกุล รมต.ประจำสำนักนายกรัฐมนตรี และนายศักดา วิเชียรศิลป์ รมช.มหาดไทย

32nd Prime Minister, Mr. Anutin, held a press conference at

for the situation. The government has to solve regulations for the government

4. Social Security: crack down on drug
trafficking, gambling, online gambling, scammers, large-scale public fraud
networks that seriously harm people and seriously threaten the economy, and
disciplinary and legal action against government officials who are completely
absent from government service, followed by all criminal cases.
In addition, there are also four other policy
guidelines that Mr. Anutin indicated during the press conference:
Agriculture: Falling agricultural prices, particularly
rice, tapioca and many other agricultural products, will help farmers reduce
production costs, especially fertilizers, and prevent illegal smuggling of
agricultural produce into Thailand, which is a major problem that has prevented
prices from turning their heads. At the
same time, along with the development of agricultural production capacity into
smart agriculture.
Public Health: The public health system will be
established for all age groups to have access to the public with the utmost
convenience.
Education: There will be reform of educational laws
to prepare Thailand to cope with the ever-changing technology.
Environmental: Moving forward to prepare Thailand to
enter a low-carbon society in order to create Thailand's competitive potential in
the global arena.
Mr.
Anutin said that the government has set guidelines for the Cabinet meeting. As
well as speeding up the working framework for all agencies, reducing
duplication of procedures and maintaining the legitimacy of implementing
projects in a timely and efficient manner. You have to be ready to work at all
