“อลงกรณ์”ยกตัวอย่างยาฮูเฟสบุ้คโดนโจมตีเสียหายหนักเผยคอลเซ็นเตอร์ทำไทยสูญปีละกว่า3หมื่นล้านบาท

workshop หัวข้อ “ ความปลอดภัยทางดิจิทัล Cyber
Security” โดยนายอลงกรณ์กล่าวปาฐกถาเปิดงานในตอนหนึ่งว่า
“…พรรคประชาธิปัตย์มีความตั้งใจที่จะขับเคลื่อนกิจกรรมที่เป็นประโยชน์แก่สังคม
โดยเฉพาะเรื่องการป้องกันภัยดิจิทัล ที่สร้างความเดือดร้อนแก่ประชาชนเป็นอย่างมาก ทั้งนี้พรรคประชาธิปัตย์
(Democrat Party) ซึ่งมีบทบาทสำคัญในทางการเมืองและนโยบายสาธารณะ
ในยุคดิจิทัลที่มีการพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีอย่างรวดเร็วจึงให้ความสำคัญ
กับเรื่องไซเบอร์ซีเคียวริตี้ (Cyber security) หรือความปลอดภัยทางดิจิตอลโดยผลักดันเป็นนโยบายของประเทศ
และสนับสนุนการออกกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น กฎหมายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (PDPA)
และการจัดตั้งกรอบกฎหมายที่เข้มแข็งเพื่อป้องกันการโจมตีทางไซเบอร์ซึ่งมักมีเป้าหมายเพื่อเข้าถึง
แก้ไข หรือทำลายข้อมูล รวมไปถึงการเรียกค่าไถ่ การกรรโชกเงิน
การขโมยหลอกลวงขโมยเงินจากบัญชีธนาคาร ในช่วงหลายปีที่ผ่านมา มีหลายองค์กรที่ถูกโจมตีจากปัญหาด้าน
Cybersecurity ซึ่งส่งผลกระทบทั้งในด้านการเงินและชื่อเสียง
เช่นในปี 2013 และ 2014 ยาฮู (Yahoo) ถูกโจมตีทางดิจิตอลทำให้ข้อมูลของผู้ใช้กว่า
3 พันล้านบัญชีถูกเปิดเผย
นับเป็นหนึ่งในการละเมิดข้อมูลที่ใหญ่ที่สุดในประวัติศาสตร์และส่งผลให้ Yahoo
ต้องเสียค่าใช้จ่ายในการฟื้นฟูและสุดท้ายต้องขายกิจการให้กับ บริษัทVerizon ตัวอย่างต่อมาคือในปี 2021 รัฐบาล สหรัฐประกาศการโจมตี ransomware
ที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อ Colonial Pipeline ซึ่งเป็นผู้จัดส่งน้ำมันรายใหญ่
ทำให้บริษัทต้องหยุดการดำเนินงานชั่วคราว และบริษัทต้องจ่ายเงินค่าไถ่ให้กับแฮกเกอร์
อีกตัวอย่างคือในปี 2019 เฟสบุ้ค(Facebook)ถูกโจมตีทางไซเบอร์ทำให้มีการเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่ละเอียดอ่อนของผู้ใช้หลายล้านราย
ส่งผลให้บริษัทต้องเผชิญกับการวิพากษ์วิจารณ์และชื่อเสียงที่เสื่อมเสีย
จะเห็นได้ว่าทุกคนมีโอกาสตกเป็นเหยื่อได้ตลอดเวลา
เช่นกรณีปัญหาแก๊งค์คอลเซนเตอร์ของไทยได้สร้างความสูญเสียให้กับคนไทยอย่างหนัก
ทั้งนี้จากข้อมูลของศูนย์ปราบปรามอาชญากรรมทางเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ
สำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติ (ศปอส.ตร.) ระบุว่า ช่วงเดือนมีนาคม 2565 ถึงมิถุนายน 2567
มีคนไทยตกเป็นเหยื่อของแก๊งคอลเซ็นเตอร์มากกว่า 575,500 คดี
สร้างความเสียหายรวมกว่า 65,715 ล้านบาท หรือเฉลี่ยวันละ 80 ล้านบาท
โดยเหยื่อส่วนใหญ่เป็นผู้หญิงวัยทำงานจนถึงผู้สูงอายุ อายุ 30-60 ปี ในแต่ละกรณีดังกล่าว แสดงให้เห็นถึงความสำคัญของ
Cybersecurity ไม่เพียงแต่ในการปกป้องข้อมูล
แต่ยังช่วยลดความเสี่ยงต่อผลกระทบทางการเงินและชื่อเสียงที่อาจเกิดขึ้นจากการละเมิดข้อมูลและการโจมตีทางไซเบอร์

เช่น Doxxing, DDoS, Phishing, Malware, AI Deepfakes, Data Breaches และการป้องกันความปลอดภัยดิจิทัล เช่น การป้องกันตัว การจัดรหัสผ่าน
การใช้โปรแกรมป้องกันขั้นสูง และกลไกการป้องกันอื่นๆ โดยมีผู้เข้ารับการอบรมมาจากสาขาพรรค

The Democratic Party intends to drive activities that benefit society,
especially in the area of digital security, which has caused great harm to the
public. The Democratic Party, which plays an important role in politics and
public policy in the rapidly developing digital technology era, places
importance on cyber security. Or digital
security by pushing for national policy and supporting related laws such as
Personal Information Protection Act (PDPA) and establishing a strong legal
framework to prevent cyber attacks often aimed at accessing, modifying or
destroying information, including ransom, extortion, fraud and theft of bank
accounts over the years. Many
organizations have been attacked by cybersecurity problems that affect both
financial and reputation. For example, in 2013 and 2014, Yahoo was
attacked digitally, exposing more than 3
billion user accounts. It is one of the largest data breaches in history and
results in Yahoo's cost of restoration and ultimately selling its business to
Verizon. The next example is in 2021, the U.S. government announced a ransomware attack that affected
Colonial Pipeline, a major oil supplier, causing it to temporarily suspend
operations and pay ransom to hackers.
Another example is that in 2019, Facebook was cyber-attacked, exposing the sensitive personal
information of millions of users, causing the company to face criticism and
tarnished reputation.
It can be seen that everyone is likely to be victimized at any
time. For example, the problem of the Thai call centre gang has caused heavy losses
to Thai people.
According to the
Information Technology Crime Suppression Center, the National Police Agency
(NAP). Police) stated that between March 2562
B.E. and June 2567 B.E., more than 575,500 cases of Thai call centre gang victims caused a total of 65 damage. 715 million baht
or 80 million baht per day. Most of the victims are working women to the
elderly in their 30s and 60s.
In each case, Cybersecurity is important not only to protect information but
also to reduce the financial and reputation risks of data breaches and cyber

The Democrat Party
and Asia Center held a workshop on "Digital Security" on 27 January 2009 with Mr. Sanjay
Gathia, project manager from Asia Centre, to inform about digital security
threats such as Doxing, DDoS, Phishing, Malware, AI Deepfakes. Data Breaches
and digital security such as protection, password management, advanced
protection programs and other protection mechanisms. Participants from party
branches, representatives of the private sector and sectors all share their
experiences and comments on digital protection create alertness and knowledge
to spread to others and in the next organization.
