ศาลอาญาได้ออกหมายจับ
นพ.บุญ 5 ข้อหา คือ ร่วมกันฉ้อโกงประชาชน, ร่วมกันให้กู้ยืมเงินที่เป็นการฉ้อโกงประชาชน,
ร่วมกันฉ้อโกงอันมีลักษณะเป็นปกติธุระ, สมคบโดยการตกลงกันตั้งแต่สองคนขึ้นไปเพื่อกระทำความผิดฐานฟอกเงิน
และร่วมกันฟอกเงิน และข้อหาเช็คเด้ง หรือออกเช็คแล้วขึ้นกับธนาคารไม่ได้ นอกจาก
นพ.บุญ ยังมีหมายจับผู้ร่วมกระทำความผิดอีก 8 คน ได้แก่

เจ้าหน้าที่ของบริษัทหลักทรัพย์ เป็นผู้ชักชวนให้ร่วมลงทุน
6. นายภาคย์ 36 ปี
เจ้าหน้าที่บริษัทหลักทรัพย์ ผู้ประสานงานให้คำปรึกษา ชักชวนลงทุน
7. นางภัทรานิษฐ์ อายุ 55 ปี
เป็นนายหน้า และผู้ชักชวนแนะนำการลงทุน ผู้ลงลายมือชื่อเป็นพยานในสัญญากู้ยืมเงิน
สัญญาค้ำประกัน
8. นายธนภูมิ อายุ 36 ปี
ซึ่งเป็นตัวแทนติดต่อชักชวนผู้เสียหาย เป็นผู้จัดทำสัญญา
สำหรับทั้ง 8 คน ถูกออกหมายจับในข้อหา
ร่วมกันฉ้อโกงประชาชน และร่วมกันให้กู้ยืมเงินที่เป็นการฉ้อโกงประชาชน
นพ.บุญ วนาสิน อายุ 86 ปี
ผู้ก่อตั้งโรงพยาบาลธนบุรี พร้อมภรรยา บุตรสาว และพวกรวม 9 คน
หลังร่วมกันฉ้อโกงประชาชน หลอกให้ร่วมลงทุนธุรกิจเกี่ยวกับการแพทย์ ก่อนหน้านี้มีผู้เสียหายเข้าแจ้งความร้องทุกข์ต่อพนักงานสอบสวน
สน.ห้วยขวาง เอาผิดตาม พ.ร.บ.ว่าด้วยความผิดอันเกิดจากการใช้เช็ค พ.ศ.2534
กรณีที่ไม่สามารถนำเช็คเงินสดของ นพ.บุญ ไปขึ้นเงินกับธนาคารได้
ซึ่งมีผู้เสียหายเข้าแจ้งความตั้งแต่ช่วงเดือน ธ.ค.2566- ต.ค.2567 กว่า 527 คน
ข้อมูลการสืบสวนของตำรวจพบว่า
ในห้วงวันที่ 2-4 ก.พ.2566 นพ.บุญ ได้สร้างความน่าเชื่อถือให้กับตัวเอง
โดยออกสื่อสารธารณะแพร่ข้อมูลในระบบคอมพิวเตอร์สาธารณะ
กล่าวอ้างการลงทุนที่น่าสนใจจำนวน 5 โครงการ เกี่ยวกับธุรกิจการแพทย์
ศูนย์ดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคมะเร็ง โรงพยาบาลทั้งไทยและต่างประเทศ โดยมีการชักชวนนักธุรกิจชั้นนำระดับประเทศ
และบุคลากรวงการแพทย์ หลายร้อยคนเข้าร่วมลงทุน
ในรูปแบบทำสัญญากู้ยืมเงินโดยให้ดอกเบี้ยกับผู้เสียหาย
และได้จ่ายเช็คให้ผู้เสียหายเพื่อชำระหนี้เงินกู้ พร้อมทั้งเช็คเพื่อชำระค่าดอกเบี้ยล่วงหน้า
ในชื่อ นพ.บุญ โดยมีนางจารุวรรณ วนาสิน และนางณวรา วนาสิน บุคคลในครอบครัวเป็น
ผู้ค้ำประกันตามสัญญา ให้ดอกเบี้ยกับผู้ที่เข้าร่วมลงทุนตามสัญญา
แต่ต่อมาไม่ได้ชำระดอกเบี้ยตามกำหนด
ในส่วนเช็คที่ออกไว้ให้ก็ไม่สามารถนำไปขึ้นเงินกับธนาคารได้
จึงเป็นเหตุให้ผู้เสียหายแจ้งความดำเนินคดีจนกระทั่งนำไปสู่การออกมาจับในครั้งนี้

ผู้ต้องหาตามหมาย พร้อมด้วย ทนายความเดินทางเข้าพบพนักงานสอบสวน
ที่กองบังคับการตำรวจนครบาล 1 โดยมี พล.ต.ต.นพศิลป์ พูลสวัสดิ์ รอง ผบช.น. เเละ
พนักงานสอบสวนร่วมสอบปากคำ ก่อนเข้าพบพนักงานสอบสวน นักข่าวพยายามสอบถามข้อมูล
จากภรรยาเเละลูกสาว เเต่ทั้งคู่ไม่ตอบคำถามใดๆ พูดเพียงว่า ไม่มีอะไรจะพูด ก้มหน้ารีบเดินเข้าพบพนักงานสอบสวนทันที
ทนายความนายชำนาญ ชาดิษฐ์ เปิดเผยว่า
ลูกความทั้ง 2 คน ถูกนายเเพทย์บุญ ปลอมเเปลงลายเซ็นต์ อย่างเเน่นอน
เนื่องจากการตรวจสอบเบื้องต้นพบว่า มีความผิดปกติ ทั้งลายเส้น น้ำหนักมือ
รวมทั้งรูบเเบบอักษร จากลายเซ็นตัวของทั้งสองคนอย่างชัดเจน
ถึงเเม้ว่าลายเซ็นต์ที่อ้างว่ามีการปลอมเเปลง
ยังไม่มีการพิสูจน์ทางวิทยาศาสตร์เเต่เรื่องดังกล่าวทางทนาย เเละ
ผู้เสียหายได้ไปเเจ้งความไว้ที่ตำรวจ ปอศ.ตั้งเเต่ เดือนพฤศจิกายน ปี 2566
เเต่ไม่ได้เปิดเผยให้เป็นข่าว เนื่องจากการปลอมลายเซนต์มีความเชื่อมโยงกับอีกหลายคดี
ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคดีทางเศรษฐกิจ จึงต้องไปเเจ้งที่ ปอศ.
สำหรับสถานะความสัมพันธ์ของนางจารุวรรณ
ภรรยา กับ หมอบุญ มีการหย่าร้างกันนานเเล้ว
เเละช่วงที่ปลอมเเปลงลายเซ็นต์เกิดขึ้นหลังมีการหย่าร้างกันส่วนเหตุผลของการหย่าร้าง
เเละ เรื่องที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเรื่องเงิน ตนเองไม่ทราบ เพราะเรื่องครอบครัว
ส่วนการหลบหนีของ หมอบุญ ไม่สามารถติดต่อได้ เพราะตนเองเป็นทนาย ให้ภรรยา เเละ
ลูกสาวไม่ทราบมาก่อน เพราะตนเองเป็นทนายให้ภรรยา เเละ ลูกสาวเท่านั้น

All eight of them have been arrested on
charges of collective fraud and lending money to fraudulent people.
