เมื่อวันที่13 ก.ค.67 เวลา 22.00 น ตำรวจตรวจคนเข้าเมือง จว.สมุทรปราการ พร้อม สภ.สำโรงใต้ ร่วมจับกุมคนต่างด้าวจำนวน 22 คน ตามนโยบายของ พล.ต.ท.อิทธิพล อิทธสารรณชัย ผบช.สตม. / พล.ต.ต.พันธนะ นุชนารถ รอง ผบช.สตม. / พล.ต.ต.ณัฐกร ประภายนต์ ผบก.ตม.3 ให้เจ้าหน้าที่ตรวจคนเข้าเมืองทำการสืบสวนปราบปรามการกระทำผิดของคนต่างด้าว โดย พ.ต.อ.สุเมธ เจนวงศ์พิทักษ์ ผกก.ตม.จว.สมุทรปราการ ได้สั่งการให้เจ้าหน้าที่ สืบสวนทำการประสานกับเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจ สภ.สำโรงใต้ ตรวจสอบที่บ้านเช่าหลังหนึ่งตั้งอยู่ในพื้นที่ ต.บางหญ้าแพรก อ.พระประแดง จ.สมุทรปราการ เนื่องจากการสืบสวนและการแจ้งเบาะแสจากพลเมืองดีทราบว่ามีการนำคนต่างด้าวมาพักอาศัยเพื่อรอส่งกระจายเข้าทำงานในพื้นที่ โดยคนต่างด้าวเหล่านี้ไม่มีเอกสารการอนุญาตให้เข้ามาและอยู่ในราชอาณาจักร เมื่อเจ้าหน้าที่ได้เข้าทำการตรวจสอบบ้านหลังดังกล่าวพบคนต่างด้าวจำนวน 22 คน เป็นสัญชาติเมียนมา 11 คน สัญชาติ ลาว 1 คน สัญชาติกัมพูชา 10 คน แบ่งอยู่ตามห้องในบ้านเช่า
จากการตรวจสอบคนต่างด้าวไม่มีเอกสารแสดงต่อเจ้าหน้าที่
และรับว่าหลบหนีเข้ามาเพื่อหางานทำโดยมีคนไทยคอยให้การช่วยเหลือ จากการสอบถาม
นายสำเภา (คนไทย) ให้การรับสารภาพว่าตนเองเป็นคนเช่าบ้านหลังดังกล่าว
และคนต่างด้าวทั้งหมดตนเองเป็นคนดูแลและจัดหาที่พักอาศัยให้
เจ้าหน้าที่ได้ทำการจับกุม และแจ้งข้อหานายสำเภา “ ให้ที่พักอาศัย ซ่อนเร้น
ช่วยเหลือด้วยประการใดๆให้คนต่างด้าวพ้นจากการจับกุม” และแจ้งข้อหาคนต่างด้าว
“เป็นคนต่างด้าวเข้ามาและอยู่ในราชอาณาจักรโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
หรือการอนุญาตสิ้นสุด” นำส่งพนักงานสอบสวน สภ.สำโรงใต้

Mr. Sampao (Thai) confessed that he was the
tenant of the house and provided accommodation for the authorities and informed
Mr. Sampao of the charges against Mr. Sampao's "Hidden Residence".

"unauthorized entry and residence in the kingdom or the termination of
