มี.ค.ที่ผ่านมา ที่มีการรวมตัวกันของกลุ่ม LGBTQ+ ที่เรียกตัวเองว่า “กะเทยไทย” บริเวณหน้าโรงแรมแห่งหนึ่ง สุขุมวิท
ซอย 11
เพื่อรอปะทะกับกะเทยฟิลิปปินส์ ที่ทำตัวเป็นแก๊งมาเฟียในพื้นที่ดังกล่าว
จนถูกเรียกว่าเป็นเหตุการณ์ “วันกะเทยผ่านศึก”
สาเหตุ คุณไวน์-คุณไหม
กะเทยต้นเรื่อง จนกลายเป็นศึกวิวาทสาวสองไทย-ฟิลิปปินส์ ถูกรุมตบ-ย่ำยีศักดิ์ศรี โดยคุณไวน์
บอกว่า เรื่องเกิดตึ้งแต่เวลา 02.00 น. ของวันที่ 4 มี.ค.2567
หลังจากตนและเพื่อนเที่ยวเสร็จก็เดินออกมาเจอกลุ่มกะเทยฟิลิปปินส์ซึ่งอยู่ที่ร้านทำเล็บ
ในซอยสุขุมวิท 11
แล้วเขาก็ถามตนกับเพื่อนว่ามองเขาทำไม ฝั่งตนก็เลยถามกลับว่าแล้วมองทำไม
จนเกิดการโต้เถียงกันขึ้น จนมีการท้าทายกัน
โดยฝั่งนั้นจะใช้เก้าอี้และขวดเบียร์ฟาดตน
แต่ก็เถียงกันไปมาแต่ก็ไม่มีฝ่ายใดกล้าลงมือทำร้ายกันก่อน จนมีตำรวจมา และทั้ง 2 ฝ่ายก็ไปเคลียร์กันที่ สน.ลุมพินี
และตกลงกันว่าจะไม่มีอะไรแล้ว
หลังจากนั้นตนและเพื่อนจึงกลับมากินข้าวที่ซอยสุขุมวิท

แต่พอกินข้าวเสร็จก็เจอกับกลุ่มกระเทยฟิลิปปินส์กลุ่มเดิมอีก
ซึ่งก็ไม่แน่ใจว่าเขามากินข้าวหรือตั้งใจที่จะมาเจอกับตน หลังจากนั้นก็เป็นเหตุการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นตามคลิป
และมีการโต้เถียงกันอีกครั้ง เยอะเย้ยพวกตน พร้อมท้าทายให้พวกตนเริ่มลงมือก่อน
พร้อมชูนิ้วกลางให้ตน ก่อนกลุ่มกระเทยฟิลิปปินส์จะเดินกลับไป
จากนั้นตนเลยโทรหาเพื่อนตนให้มาที่ร้านอาหาร
หลังคุณวายโทรหาตนกับเพื่อนลงมาที่ร้านอาหารดังกล่าว
แต่กลุ่มกระเทยฟิลิปปินส์ได้ออกจากร้านไปแล้ว พวกตนเลยเดินกลับไปที่ซอย 11
แต่ก็ไปเจอกับกลุ่มกระเทยฟิลิปปินส์กลุ่มดังกล่าวพอดี
พอเจอตนก็เลยเดินไปถามเขาว่าใครเป็นคนด่า คนไหน
จากนั้นฝั่งกระเทยฟิลิปปินส์ก็กระโจนเข้าใส่ตนเลย
และเกิดเหตุการณ์ชุลมุนโดยตนโดนทั้งตบ และโดนกำปั้น ขณะที่เพื่อนตนอีกคนหัวแตก
และต่างคนก็ต่างสวนกัน
ด้านคุณไวน์ บอกอีกว่า
ฝ่ายพวกตนโดนรุมจากกลุ่มกระเทยฟิลิปปินส์นับ 20 คน รุมพวกตน 6 คน
ซึ่งหลังมีเหตุการณ์ชุลมุมเกิดขึ้นสักพัก มีตำรวจมา จากนั้นกลุ่มกระเทยฟิลิปปินส์ จึงเดินออกไปพร้อมพูดเยอะเย้ยว่า
“Philippines Win F… You Thailand” ก่อนที่จะเดินกลับเข้าโรงแรมที่พักไป
ด้านคุณชา บอกว่า
หลังเกิดเหตุการณ์ดังกล่าวขึ้น กลุ่มกระเทยฟิลิปปินส์
ได้มีการนำคลิปไปโพสต์ตามกลุ่มต่างๆของ LGBT ฟิลิปปินส์
หรือกลุ่มแฟนนางงามฟิลิปปินส์ และมีการแชร์ต่อตามโซเชียล
และพอกลุ่มกระเทยไทยที่อยู่ในย่านสุขุมวิท เห็นคลิปดังกล่าวก็ทนไม่ได้
เลยมีการส่งคลิปแชร์ต่อ
และพวกตนเลยออกมาเมื่อรู้ว่ากลุ่มกระเทยฟิลิปปินส์พักอยู่จุดไหน
โดยมีการออกมายืนรอกลุ่มกระเทยฟิลิปปินส์ บริเวณปากซอยสุขุมวิท 11 ตั้งแต่ประมาณ 18.00
น.หลังจากนั้นก็เริ่มมีกระเทยคนอื่นตามมารวมตัวบริเวณดังกล่าว
และมีกระเทยหลายคนเริ่มโพสต์ให้มีการออกไปรวมตัวกันที่ซอยสุขุมวิท 11 ก็มีตำรวจมาพาตัวกลุ่มกระเทยฟิลิปปินส์ไปโรงพัก
แต่ระหว่างพาตัวกระเทยฟิลิปปินส์ขึ้นรถตำรวจ ก็เกิดเหตุการณ์ชุลมุมขึ้นตามคลิป
เนื่องจากมีกระเทยไทยกว่า 2

ABS-CBN ของฟิลิปปินส์รายงานในวันนี้ (6 มีนาคม) ว่า 2
สาวข้ามเพศชาวฟิลิปปินส์กำลังถูกตำรวจไทยสอบสวนในข้อหารุมทำร้ายร่างกายดังกล่าว ซึ่งทางกระทรวงการต่างประเทศฟิลิปปินส์ได้รับรายงานจากสถานเอกอัครราชทูตฟิลิปปินส์ในกรุงเทพฯ
ถึงการสอบสวนสาวข้ามเพศทั้ง 2 คน และทางสถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ
กำลังอยู่ระหว่างการให้ความช่วยเหลือ รายงานระบุว่า
กลุ่มสาวข้ามเพศชาวฟิลิปปินส์นั้นเป็นนักท่องเที่ยวในไทย และมีสาวข้ามเพศฟิลิปปินส์
1 คนที่ไม่ได้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับเหตุทำร้ายร่างกาย
ได้รับบาดเจ็บจากการปะทะนอกจากนี้
รายงานยังอ้างว่ากลุ่มสาวข้ามเพศชาวฟิลิปปินส์ประมาณ 20 คน
ได้ออกจากโรงแรมและย้ายไปพักที่อื่นหรือเดินทางกลับฟิลิปปินส์แล้ว
หลังถูกคุกคามจากกลุ่มสาวข้ามเพศชาวไทย
และเมื่อวันที่ 6 มี.ค. 2567 พล.ต.ต. วิทวัฒน์
ชินคำ ผบก.น.5 เปิดเผยว่า คดีระหว่างนายแชมป์
และผู้เสียหายได้ไกล่เกลี่ยจบลงด้วยดี
ผู้เสียหายไม่ติดใจที่จะดำเนินคดีกับคนไทยคนอื่น
แต่ยังคงเหลือคดีที่กลุ่มกะเทยฟิลิปปินส์รุมทำร้ายกะเทยไทย 6 คน
โดยได้ส่งฟ้องผู้ต้องหาชาวฟิลิปปินส์ไปแล้ว 2 คน และศาลพิพากษาให้สั่งปรับคนละ 5,000 บาท
จากนั้นจะส่งตัวผู้ต้องหาให้ตำรวจตรวจคนเข้าเมืองในการผลักดันออกนอกประเทศต่อไป
ส่วนผู้ก่อเหตุอีก 1 คน ที่ตำรวจพิสูจน์ทราบตัวบุคคลแล้วก็ได้มีการออกหมายจับ
แล้วจะดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนติดตามจับกุมมาดำเนินคดี
ส่วนผู้ต้องหาที่เหลือยังคงต้องพิสูจน์ทราบตัวบุคคลเพิ่มเติม
หลังไกล่เกลี่ยนานกว่า
1 ชั่วโมง ทั้ง 2 คนตกลงกันได้ด้วยดี นายแชมป์ มอบเงินช่วยเหลือค่ารักษาพยาบาล 1
หมื่นบาท พร้อมขอบคุณคุณไอวี่ ผู้เสียหายชาวฟิลิปปินส์ที่ไม่ติดใจเอาความ
โดยที่ผู้เสียหายไม่ได้เรียกร้อง นอกจากนี้ยังขอโทษ
เพราะสิ่งที่ทำไปเป็นความรุนแรง เพราะทำไปเพราะอารมณ์ และมีความโกรธร่วมด้วย
แต่สุดท้ายความรุนแรงก็ไม่ใช่ทางออกที่ดี ไม่สนับสนุนให้ใครใช้ความรุนแรง
