หลังออกจากเรือนจำพบว่าผมหงอกขาวทั้งศีรษะ เพราะไม่ได้ย้อมผม

นางสาวแพทองธาร ชินวัตร หรือ อุ๊งอิ๊งค์ หัวหน้าพรรคเพื่อไทย ได้โพสต์ภาพแรกของคุณพ่อหลังกลับถึงบ้านจันทร์ส่องหล้า
โดยเป็นภาพนายทักษิณนั่งอยู่บริเวณริมสระน้ำ ในชุดเดิมที่กลับจากโรงพยาบาล พร้อมระบุข้อความว่า
"หลังไม่ได้เจออากาศ และแดดข้างนอกมา 180 วัน และไม่ได้กลับบ้านหลังนี้มา 17 ปี
พ่อก็ออกมานั่งข้างนอกแบบนี้ นั่งอยู่สักพักเลย"

สำนักงานอัยการสูงสุด ถนนรัชดาภิเษก มีรายงานข่าวว่า นายทักษิณ ชินวัตร
ที่ได้รับการปล่อยตัวพักโทษ เดินทางมาพบอัยการด้วยตัวเอง
เพื่อมาเซ็นรับทราบนัดของพนักงานอัยการ สำนักงานอัยการพิเศษฝ่ายคดีอาญา 8 เนื่องจากสำนวนคดี ม.112 ที่นายทักษิณร้องขอความเป็นธรรมยังอยู่ระหว่างการพิจารณาของอัยการสูงสุด
จากนั้นจะมีการนัดหมายให้มาพบอีกครั้ง เพื่อฟังคำสั่ง ซึ่งทีมงานที่มาพร้อมรถ

08.40 น.ซึ่งมีข้อมูลว่านายทักษิณได้ขึ้นไปพบอัยการที่ชั้น 11
โดยได้นั่งรถเข็นและยังคงใส่เฝือกคอ ซึ่งในคลิปภาพที่ปรากฏไม่เห็นน.ส.แพทองธาร ทั้งนี้ทนายที่รับผิดชอบในคดี
112 ของนายทักษิณ คือนายวิญญัติ ชาติมนตรี
ยอมรับว่าเมื่อเช้าได้เดินทางมาที่สำนักงานอัยการ ส่วนเรื่องรายละเอียดในคดีความขอให้ฟังอัยการเป็นผู้แถลงข่าว
